HOW TO JOIN THE CONCERT CHOIR

If the idea of performing in the beautiful surroundings of Bristol Cathedral appeals to you, then why not apply to the Membership Secretary for details, or speak to any member of the choir. After a two or three week period singing with the choir singers are admiited through a simple audition by our conductor, Mark Lee who is also the Director of Music of Bristol Cathedral. He develops and encourages our musical abilities and in addition to receiving high acclaim for our local performances has also been proud to lead the choir on several tours to various locations around Europe.

There are some vacancies in all voice parts.

• Rehearsals are held at 7.30pm on Monday evenings in the Cathedral, except for some rehearsals which are held at Red Maids' School when the Cathedral is not available.
  
• Current annual subscription rate is £120 (concessionary rate £60 for students and those on benefits).
